Description

This is a Der Par Matka Pure Silk saree, loosely translating to knotted weave mulberry silk saree. The notable feature of this saree is that it comes with a Silk Mark quality guarantee. The distinctive colour of the saree: vibrant burn brick red, framed by a border in a bevy of earthy colours and unique geometric motifs, lends the garment a abstract art-like quality. This is reminiscent of a SH Raza painting. The saree will look best loosely draped, styled with chunky statement jewellery. It is most suited to informal or semi-formal daytime or nightime events, indoors or outdoors. Best draped loosely. The blouse and petticoat worn by the model are not included. However, a running blouse piece is.

Care instructions: The saree is made using natural dyes and extracts. Variations in weave texture, colours and print may occur in hand-made products. Irrespective of fabric type, we would recommend that you dry clean only.

The model wearing this saree is  5'6" height

Slight colour may vary due to camera photography.

Care Guide

Always dry wash your silk and linen sarees.
Never hand-wash or machine-wash your silk or linen saree.
In case the saree gets stained, immediately wipe the stain off with cold water.
Store the saree in a light cotton muslin cloth. This will give the saree breathing space and will prevent one saree from sticking to another when kept in a pile.
Don’t store the saree in a plastic cover as this will cause the gold embroidery to turn black.
