Always dry wash your silk and linen sarees.
Never hand-wash or machine-wash your silk or linen saree.
In case the saree gets stained, immediately wipe the stain off with cold water.
Store the saree in a light cotton muslin cloth. This will give the saree breathing space and will prevent one saree from sticking to another when kept in a pile.
Don’t store the saree in a plastic cover as this will cause the gold embroidery to turn black.

This is a  Bhagalpuri Katan Silk Saree with Lines. A dull gold all over design featuring a pattern that seemingly looks like a gharcholla patten, similar to box checks. The pallu features the same design lending the saree a rich look. The tasteful saree is most suited for daytime or night time, formal events and best styled with platinum jewellery or diamonds set in gold. The blouse and petticoat worn by the model are not included. However, a running blouse piece is.
