Always dry wash when washing for the first time. Subsequent washes maybe either hand wash or dry wash. Do not machine wash.
Use only a mild detergent.
Do not wring it vigorously; instead, hang it for a while to allow the excess water to drain off. Always starch cotton sarees after wash to retain their brightness.
Dry the washed saree in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight so that colors do not fade.

This silk cotton saree is adorned with colourful Gujarati embroidery throughout the border, pallu, and body. This particular combination of colour gives off a tribal folk look, perfect for casual wear. For accessorizing, it's advised to complete the look with either oxidised silver jewellery or antique gold temple jewellery.
